It is a very beautiful and economical place. Not so crowded, compared to the Papalote or the Sunflowers; It has 2 pools (one for adults and one for children, the one for adults is very wide and does not have considerable depth, just "normal"). You can buy prepared food or bring your own family lunch, that was VERY CONVENIENT for our family, since we saved a little on food (since in any other pools they DO NOT let you enter with food, they even take it away from you and force you to buy from them, plus their prices are a bit high). There is a small store nearby (in case you need sanitary towels, things for your lunch, etc.) Taxis charge 35-25 either to the center or somewhere close to the center, but you must walk to the main street to order one, since they do not go through the specific street where the Mezquital is located.
